Tim Cifelli and Sean Donahue

Conshohocken, PA – June 3, 2010 – Diccicco Battista Communications, a full-service brand communications firm, is pleased to announce that Tim Cifelli and Sean Donahue have become shareholders and partners in the Philadelphia-area based agency. According to agency president, Mike Diccicco, their new positions further strengthen the company’s leadership, marking a new era in the 40+-year history of Diccicco Battista Communications.

Diccicco Battista began as a design shop in the late 1960s and grew into one of the Philadelphia region’s most respected and successful full-service agencies under the leadership of Diccicco and partner Richard Battista. Today, some of the most recognizable regional and national brands are working with the agency for strategic branding consultation and tactical communications deployment.

Cifelli, SVP and General Manager of Public Relations, came to the agency in 2006. He has been an integral part of the firm's new business efforts, significantly growing the agency’s client base across all divisions. Cifelli has over 15 years experience managing successful campaigns for clients within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, technology, financial services, and non-profit industries. Earlier in his career, Cifelli served as a campaign manager and communications director for the Republican Party of Pennsylvania. He currently sits on the board of directors of Mission Kids, an anti-child abuse advocacy organization, and is a member of the PRSA's agency leadership council.

Donahue, SVP and Creative Director, joined the firm in 2008. He quickly drove the development of the agency’s culture and overall personality in the marketplace, and is also key in bringing and winning new business. Donahue is an award-winning designer, art director and creative director, with over 16 years of creative and communications management experience. Donahue has a broad range of expertise having designed and led the creative vision for clients across multiple industries including healthcare, retail, gaming and hospitality, technology, and finance
